Job Summary
Early Intervention Specialist to provide in-home, ABA-informed early intervention services for infants and toddlers with developmental delays and autism in Massachusetts (Leominster) and Connecticut. Plan, schedule, and deliver weekly in-home educational activities; administer and document program assessments; design and adapt activities across language, cognitive, motor, sensory, self-help, and social-emotional domains; model positive adult-child interactions and provide parents with written weekly activities and coaching; monitor and share progress with families and the team. Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in relevant fields, experience with children under 5, valid driver’s license, strong organizational and communication skills, and a compassionate approach. Salary range $59,000–$63,000 with full benefits for 32+ hours/week; $3,000 new hire bonus; 401(k) with company match; PTO/holiday pay.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Early Intervention, Early Childhood, Special Education, Child Development or Child Studies
- Must have experience with children under 5
- Valid driver’s license in good standing and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills to manage relationships
