Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes or community settings, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Act as an integral member of the clinical team with direct implementation of skill-building and care plans, record session data accurately using electronic devices, foster a positive learning environment, and collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. Training is provided; no prior experience required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
- Reliable method of transportation
- Minimum 6 month commitment
- Need to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course
