Job Summary
Conduct home-based services and center visits for families with infants and toddlers experiencing developmental delays or at risk. Utilize a parent coaching model to educate and support families while participating in screenings, assessments, and trans-disciplinary team meetings. Coordinate Individual Family Service Plans by monitoring progress and collaborating with community providers, including medical and social service agencies. Demonstrate knowledge of infant-toddler development and maintain current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts. Requires a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in nursing, two years of pediatric experience, and valid driver's license. Bilingual candidates encouraged.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in nursing from a four-year college or university or an Associate's degree or diploma in nursing
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams
- Ability to use computer-based technology including a computer/laptop and cell phone
- Bilingual/Bicultural candidates encouraged to apply
