Job Summary
Conduct home-based services and center visits for infants and toddlers with developmental delays, utilizing a parent coaching model to support families. Participate in screenings, assessments, and group sessions as part of a trans-disciplinary team, while collaborating with community providers to ensure service continuity. Coordinate assigned caseloads by developing, monitoring, and reviewing Individual Family Service Plans. Requires current Massachusetts Physical Therapist licensure, two years of pediatric experience, and valid driver's license. Full-time and part-time positions available with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and performance-based incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as an Physical Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Allied Professional Health
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams
- Ability to use computer-based technology including a computer/laptop and cell phone
