Job Summary
Deliver home-based occupational therapy services and assessments to children aged birth through three years in natural environments such as homes, daycares, and the community. Guide families using Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to provide insight, advocacy, and resources. Mentor OT students and assistants as part of the Early Intervention team. Licensed OT in MA with experience in sensory, feeding, or prematurity is required. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current CPR/First Aid certification are mandatory. The role includes a 20-34 hour schedule Monday through Friday with no holidays or weekends, offering hourly compensation between $35.00 and $43.00 plus incentives.
Required Qualifications
