Job Summary
Conduct home-based services and center visits for infants and toddlers with developmental delays, utilizing a parent coaching model to support families. Participate in screenings, assessments, and group sessions as part of a trans-disciplinary team, while collaborating with community providers to ensure service continuity. Coordinate assigned caseloads by developing, monitoring, and reviewing Individual Family Service Plans. Requires current Massachusetts Occupational Therapist licensure, two years of pediatric experience, and bilingual skills. Full-time, part-time, and FFS positions available with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from a college or university
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Allied Professional Health
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred
- Bilingual/Bicultural candidates encouraged to apply
