Job Summary
Conduct home-based services and center visits for families with infants and toddlers, utilizing a parent coaching model to support developmental learning. Participate in screenings, assessments, and group sessions as part of a trans-disciplinary team, while collaborating with community providers to ensure service continuity. Coordinate assigned caseloads by developing, monitoring, and reviewing Individual Family Service Plans. Requires a bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy, current Massachusetts licensure, two years of pediatric experience, and bilingual skills. Full-time, part-time, and FFS positions available with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and performance incentives.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from a college or university
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Allied Professional Health
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred
- Bilingual/Bicultural candidates encouraged to apply
