Early Intervention Occupational Therapist-Full Time

Deliver home-based occupational therapy services and assessments to children aged birth to three years in their natural environments, including homes, daycares, and community settings. Guide families using Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to provide advocacy and resources. Mentor OT students and assistants as part of the Early Intervention team. Licensed OT in MA with experience in sensory, feeding, or prematurity is required, along with a valid driver's license, current CPR/First Aid certification, and successful completion of background checks. Full-time Monday through Friday schedule with $35–$43/hour plus incentives.
