Job Summary
Collaborate with families on Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) and conduct home visits, screenings, and assessments for children ages 0–3. Work within a supportive, multidisciplinary team to provide developmental services in homes and community settings while tracking progress and maintaining clinical documentation. Prepare for certification as a Developmental Specialist. This role offers a full-time Monday–Friday schedule with no holidays or weekends, paying $27.00–$30.00 per hour plus incentives. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Education, Psychology, Sociology, or related field
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check and driving record screening
- Current CPR, First Aid certification, and health records
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in human services preferred
- Early Intervention experience is preferred
