Job Summary
Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area as part of a trans-disciplinary team; utilize a parent coaching model with families; conduct screenings, assessments, and participate in child groups, parent groups, center visits, and home visits; coordinate development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan; collaborate with community providers serving children with autism or hearing/vision loss; requires a bachelor’s degree in infants and toddlers/early childhood education/special education/child studies and 300 hours of relevant practicum/work experience; requires computer/tech proficiency and a valid driver’s license; bilingual/bicultural candidates encouraged.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with a major or concentration in infants and toddlers, early childhood education, special education or child studies
- 300 hours of practicum or work experience with children under five years of age
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams
