Job Summary
The Early Intervention Clinical Supervisor provides leadership, clinical oversight, and reflective supervision to a multidisciplinary team delivering home- and community-based EI services for infants and toddlers (birth to age three) with developmental delays or diagnosed conditions, ensuring family-centered, culturally responsive care and compliance with state EI regulations (IDEA Part C). Responsibilities include ongoing reflective supervision and coaching, observing home visits, facilitating team meetings and case consultations, identifying training needs, ensuring accurate documentation, monitoring caseloads and timelines, participating in audits and quality improvement, assisting with hiring and onboarding, and representing the program at community and interagency events. The role also involves supervising group programming and curriculum implementation, overseeing staff development, and collaborating with families, partners, and leadership. Qualifications require a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields and three years of related experience with at least one year in clinical supervision. Compensation includes a $65,000 base salary plus bonus incentives, along with comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.

- Three years of related experience with one year of clinical supervision
