Job Summary
Early Intervention Bilingual Developmental Specialist to serve as a Service Coordinator for children and families navigating developmental needs. Responsibilities include collaborating with families to develop and implement IFSPs, conducting home visits and developmental screenings/assessments, participating in parent meetings and community case conferences, maintaining clinical documentation, offering consultation and co-treatment support to team members, pursuing Certification as an Early Intervention Specialist within three years of hire, and meeting monthly productivity targets. Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, at least two years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, bilingual fluency in Portuguese, Haitian Creole, or Spanish, a valid driver’s license, background and health screenings, and CPR/First Aid certification. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Education, or related human services field (per Early Intervention Operational Standards)
- Minimum two years of relevant experience in human services
- Bilingual fluency in Portuguese, Haitian Creole, or Spanish is required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check and driving record screening
- Current CPR, First Aid certification, and health records required
