Job Summary
Lead ABA therapy delivery within an in-center early intervention program for children ages 5 and under. Responsibilities include supervising Behavior Technicians, developing and implementing assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles, engaging parents during on-site trainings, and maintaining high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with Clinical Directors and the Clinical Excellence Team to mentor staff, support growth opportunities, and ensure outcomes-focused care in a center-based environment.
Required Qualifications
- BCBA certification or eligibility
- minimum of clinical ABA therapy experience in early intervention (pediatric)
- ability to lead therapy delivery in-center
- experience developing and implementing assent-based, individualized behavior plans
- supervision of Behavior Technicians
- ability to engage and train parents on-site
- data-driven decision making and regular supervision
- CEU stipends or paid CEU days eligibility
