Job Summary
Lead ABA therapy delivery within an in-center environment as a BCBA for Life Skills Autism Academy. Provide daily guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence, develop assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles, and engage parents during scheduled on-site training to drive meaningful progress. Maintain high-quality clinical services through data-driven decision-making and supervision, contributing to leadership growth within Centria’s early intervention division.
Required Qualifications
- BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
- center-based ABA experience preferred
- supervisory or leadership capabilities in clinical settings
- ability to lead therapy delivery and develop individualized behavior plans
- experience engaging with parents during on-site training
