Job Summary
Lead ABA therapy delivery within an in-center environment. Provide daily support and guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence. Develop assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles. Engage parents during scheduled on-site training sessions to drive meaningful progress. Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making. Cultivate collaboration with Clinical Directors and leadership to ensure program quality and growth. Position supports early intervention for children 5 and under in a center-based setting with opportunities for leadership and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- BCBA credential
- experience leading ABA therapy in center-based setting
