Job Summary
Lead in-center ABA therapy delivery as a BCBA for early intervention with children 5 and under in a center-based setting. Provide daily supervision and guidance to Behavior Technicians, develop assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles, engage parents during on-site training, ensure high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making, and contribute to leadership growth within Centria’s Life Skills Autism Academy. Includes mentorship/leadership opportunities, CEU support, signing bonus, and comprehensive benefits. Location-based role in Fayetteville, NC.
Required Qualifications
- BCBA certification required
- licensure or certification as BCBA
- experience leading ABA therapy delivery in in-center settings preferred
- supervision and mentoring of Behavior Technicians
- data-driven decision making and supervision of treatment plans
- ability to engage parents during on-site training sessions
