Job Summary
Support six early intervention clients (ages 1-6) with a billable expectation of 25 hours per week while collaborating with clinical directors, behavior analysts, and speech therapists. Customize your workload and earnings by choosing to increase billable hours up to 31, expand your caseload to eight clients, or mentor student analysts and first-year BCBAs. Work 8:30am–4:00pm Monday through Friday with four work-from-home days monthly, plus 25 paid days off and 6 weeks of parental leave. Join a locally owned ABA and speech therapy provider focused on compassionate, evidence-based care for young children and their families.
Required Qualifications
- Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3 Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- 6 weeks paid parental leave (birth/adoption) options
- 25 paid days off (15 days of PTO and 10 paid holidays)
