Job Summary
Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity, and assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans. Collect and analyze client data to collaborate with BCBAs on data-driven treatment decisions, while engaging families through regular communication and parent training sessions. Ensure all therapy aligns with the center's assent-based, child-centered philosophy. This role offers a base salary of $70,000–$80,000 plus weekly and monthly bonuses, with structured mentorship from experienced BCBAs and Clinical Directors. Located at Life Skills Autism Academy, the position supports children ages 5 and under in a low-distraction, play-focused environment.
