Job Summary
Lead the Early Intervention Clinic and Academy by overseeing assessment, treatment planning, and progress monitoring for all clients while ensuring strict compliance with BACB ethical standards, state licensing, and HIPAA regulations. Direct and indirectly supervise a team of 3-10 clinical staff, providing mentorship, performance evaluations, and coaching to maintain clinical fidelity and data-driven decision-making. Manage clinical capacity, staffing models, and financial metrics to support program sustainability, while participating in on-call rotations for behavioral crisis response and chairing clinical committees. Collaborate with schools, medical providers, and executive leadership to drive integrated care and strategic initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field from an accredited program
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Active Missouri and/or Kansas LBA licensure as applicable to service locations
- Completion of BACB-required supervision training (8-hour supervision course)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ABA service delivery
- At least 3 years in a clinical leadership or supervisory role
- Demonstrated experience overseeing multidisciplinary clinical teams and complex service models
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and visual)
- Ability to manage multiple projects with excellent organization and attention to detail
- Strong ethical standards, professionalism, and commitment to BHA's mission
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and strong judgment when representing the organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong professional judgment, initiative, and reliability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and ethical professionalism
- Commitment to ethical standards, confidentiality, professional integrity, and fiscal responsibility
- Advanced knowledge of ABA methodologies, ethical standards, and clinical best practices
- Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
- Ability to analyze clinical, operational, and financial data to guide decision-making
- Proficiency with clinical documentation systems, data platforms, and Microsoft Office
- Full-time employment status
- Ability to safely perform essential functions including maintaining continuous alertness, providing direct supervision, driving individuals served as required, and administering medications as trained
