Job Summary
Beanstalk Academy seeks skilled and motivated Early Intervention ABA/SI Therapists to provide one-on-one ABA/SI therapy to children (ages 0–3) in home, daycare, and/or center-based settings. Responsibilities include providing in-home or community-based therapy sessions, coaching and educating parents/caregivers, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with service coordinators and other providers. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, have a NYS B-2 Teaching certification, and possess previous ABA experience. Strong understanding of ABA principles and excellent communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, ABA, or a related field
- NYS B-2 Teaching certification (SWD)
- Previous ABA experience required
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and data collection methods
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with children ages 0–3
- Experience with parent coaching and early intervention models
