Early Head Start Teacher

As an Early Head Start Teacher, you will co-teach a classroom serving children ages 0-3, collaborating with another Teacher(s), Family Members, and staff to implement an age-appropriate curriculum, conduct child assessments, and meet the developmental needs of all children. You’ll contribute to a data-informed learning environment, support professional growth, and help close achievement gaps by delivering evidence-based approaches within the Head Start program. The role focuses on fostering positive outcomes for children and families, with responsibilities including implementing provided curriculum, assessing child progress, addressing diverse needs, and working as part of a collaborative, inclusive team dedicated to empowering families and communities.
