Job Summary
Develop individual learning plans and implement daily lesson plans that advance cognitive, physical, social-emotional, and language development for infants and toddlers. Collaborate with a partner teacher to prepare and post curriculum-aligned activities, incorporating observations and anecdotal record keeping to support children of all abilities. Facilitate age-appropriate routines, provide emotional support, and use positive behavior guidance strategies to encourage autonomy and readiness for kindergarten. Requires Infant/Toddler CDA or related degree, background checks, and reliable transportation. Includes 10% travel for meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Infant/Toddler CDA or AA/BA in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Willingness to obtain Infant/Toddler CDA within one year of employment
- Physical exam
