Job Summary
Early Head Start Teacher role joining a co‐teaching team to deliver warm, structured, developmentally appropriate activities for infants and toddlers. Responsibilities include planning engaging activities, partnering with families through regular communication, home visits, and conferences; observing and assessing to guide learning; maintaining a well‐organized classroom that meets licensing standards; and participating in ongoing coaching and professional development. Local travel for home visits and training is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with children.
- A minimum of a Child Development Associate (CDA) or comparable credential with a focus on infant and toddler development. Or a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or related field.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Must pass and maintain all required background checks.
