Job Summary
Partner with families to develop child-focused goals and plan, implement, and document a comprehensive child development program for infants and toddlers. Assume primary caregiving responsibilities to ensure continuity of care while building supportive relationships with children and families. Coordinate daily classroom operations and supervise the activities of one or more staff members. This role includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid in four installments and offers paid time off, school-year scheduling, and family-style meals. The position requires an Infant/Toddler CDA or Associate's Degree in Early Childhood, experience in center-based settings, and immunization against MMR and TDaP. Candidates must pass a background check including DHHS and fingerprinting. Join a team dedicated to providing high-quality child care and comprehensive education to children from 6 weeks to 5 years.
Required Qualifications
- Infant/Toddler CDA
- Associate's Degree in Early Childhood
- experience working with children in a center-based setting
- prior experience working with families
- supervising others
- willingness to work flexible hours to meet families' needs
- Immunized against MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
- Immunized against TDaP (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis)
- ability to pass a background check, to include DHHS and fingerprinting
