The Floater serves as a classroom substitute and ensures program ratios are maintained. This role focuses on providing opportunities for children's physical and cognitive growth and assisting teachers in delivering quality educational activities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- valid drivers’ license
- satisfactory driving record
- six months experience working with toddlers and pre-school age children preferred

- Must obtain Child Development Associate (CDA) within eighteen months of start date
