Early Educator needed to join Babilou Family US for a new school opening Fall 2026 at Harvard’s Enterprise Research Center (ERC) in Boston, MA. The role involves contributing to a safe, nurturing, and sustainable learning environment, implementing meaningful learning experiences, maintaining an organized eco-minded classroom, and fostering respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues. You will work collaboratively to shape a visionary early learning program that supports children’s curiosity and lifelong learning, serving as a cornerstone for families and the ERC community. The position offers competitive hourly pay based on role, qualifications, and experience (Assistant Educators: $17.00–$24.40 per hour).
