Job Summary
Design and implement daily lesson plans aligned with developmentally appropriate practice and sustainable education principles. Supervise children during learning activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor exploration while maintaining zero major safety incidents. Build strong relationships with families through consistent communication and lead conferences or community events. Collaborate with colleagues to strengthen classroom systems, coach Assistant Teachers, and complete annual training requirements. Maintain an organized, eco‐minded learning environment and document observations for all assigned children monthly. Operate Monday–Friday, 7:00AM-6:00PM, year-round.
Required Qualifications
- Must pass required state and company background checks
- Must have a high school diploma, GED, or be enrolled in classes
- EEC teacher certification or requirements completed to be submitted for review
- Ability to stand, move, run, and play for most of the day
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times a day
