Job Summary
Reinforce weekly plans and implement age-appropriate curriculum to nurture all domains of children's development. Provide responsive care within a Christian environment while demonstrating cultural competency and respecting familial values. Maintain open communication with parents and assure a healthy, safe, clean classroom for infants through preschoolers. Participate in ongoing in-service training, including paid professional development, first aid, and CPR certification. Work full-time or part-time Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.

- Experience with children from 6 weeks old through 12 years old
- Experience with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers
- Ability to reinforce weekly plans

- Ability to provide a developmentally appropriate classroom environment
- Ability to provide responsive care to all children
- Ability to incorporate cultural, linguistic, and familial values and beliefs into the childcare program

- Ability to assure a healthy, safe, clean, and developmentally appropriate environment for children
- Ability to participate in ongoing in-service and educational development opportunities
