Job Summary
Provide in-home developmental stimulation and educational services to infants and toddlers aged 0–3, including consistent home visits, family coaching, and hands-on play-based activities. Plan, prepare, and implement age-appropriate activities aligned with Individualized Family Service Plans while maintaining weekly schedules, annual reviews, and ongoing developmental reports using the DAYC-2 system. Ensure confidentiality of privileged information in compliance with HIPAA and maintain adherence to all company policies. Maintain open communication with families through verbal feedback and session notes. Complete designated hours within the service month and attend all staff meetings and in-service trainings. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within a 30-mile radius are required.
