Job Summary
Provide in-home developmental stimulation and educational services to infants and toddlers aged 0-3, including consistent home visits, family coaching, and play-based curriculum planning. Maintain weekly schedules, conduct annual and semiannual reviews, and document developmental progress using the DAYC-2 system while ensuring HIPAA compliance. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities aligned with Individualized Family Service Plans, communicate with families through verbal feedback and session notes, and attend staff meetings and trainings. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Child Development or related field, valid driver's license, and ability to travel within a 30-mile radius. Full-time or part-time hours available Monday-Saturday with competitive hourly compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Field of study can be Child Development, Psychology, Sociology, Humanities, Behavioral Science, Education, or other related fields
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel within a 30-mile radius to conduct in-home visits
