Job Summary
Early Education Manager leads the implementation and continuous improvement of TK–K early learning programming within expanded learning settings, supervises a team of Early Learning Associates, and ensures curriculum execution, staff training, and program supports. The role reports to the Associate Director of Early Learning, requires a Bachelor's in a related field or equivalent experience, and at least 2 years of leadership experience. The position is full-time, exempt, and hybrid, based in Moreno Valley (Inland Empire), with responsibilities spanning curriculum development, staff coaching, program design, collaboration with LEA partners and community stakeholders, and ongoing program evaluation. The role supports a mission-driven, inclusive environment and offers a salary range of $70,304–$83,790 annually (noted range): $75,000–$88,000 in the organization’s recommended range for compensation with benefits including paid time off, retirement, and health coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field — or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of leadership or management experience
- Experience in program design, training, and implementation
- Knowledge of trauma-informed practices and education equity
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven experience managing distributed teams in hybrid and multi-region environments
