Early Childhood Teacher

Job Summary
Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education and learning experiences; design age-appropriate programs that ignite creativity and growth; ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining a joyful environment; foster strong relationships with families and celebrate each child’s journey; mentorship and support for fellow educators, including pathways toward full teacher registration, while growing professionally in a dedicated village community. The role emphasizes on-the-floor guidance, development of engaging curricula, strong communication with families, and commitment to child safety and development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, or equivalent as assessed by ACECQA
- Studying and completed at least 50% towards your Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
- Hold or be eligible for Teacher Registration with TRBWA to join our team
- WA Working with Children Check required or ability to secure one prior to starting
- Loads of creativity and a strong understanding of early childhood development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
- At least 3 years of experience working in early childhood education settings
- Strong understanding of child development principles and early learning frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to plan and implement educational programmes that meet the diverse needs of children
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practices
