Guide a team of educators in delivering high-quality, age-appropriate programs that ignite creativity and support holistic child development. Design engaging learning experiences while maintaining strict compliance with regulations and fostering strong relationships with families. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, or equivalent as assessed by ACECQA
- Studying and completed at least 50% towards Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
- Hold or be eligible for Teacher Registration with TRBWA
- WA Working with Children Check required or ability to secure one prior to starting
- Loads of creativity and a strong understanding of early childhood development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, families, and colleagues
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
- At least 3 years of experience working in early childhood education settings
- Strong understanding of child development principles and early learning frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to plan and implement educational programmes that meet the diverse needs of children
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practices
