Job Summary
Oversee room operations to ensure a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children while supporting the Centre Manager in the quality and continuous improvement of the educational program. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of educators to provide high-quality care and learning experiences aligned with the EYLF, alongside building strong relationships with families and the community. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures. This role requires a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, current TRBWA registration, and experience working with 3–5-year-olds. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Current TRBWA registration (or eligible for registration)
- Experience working with 3–5-year-olds in long day care or kindergarten
- Deep understanding of EYLF, NQF, and developmental milestones
- Strong communication skills with children, families, and colleagues
- Current and valid mandatory checks and certifications
