Early Childhood Teacher - Lowrance Family

Implement curriculum within established guidelines by designing and executing daily lesson and activity plans. Supervise children, manage the classroom environment, and conduct systematic observations and evaluations of each child. Maintain program site and equipment while keeping all required records up to date. Communicate regularly with parents, engaging them as volunteers, and participate in family nights, staff meetings, and trainings. Adhere to YMCA policies regarding medical, disciplinary, child abuse prevention, and emergency situations.
