Job Summary
Conduct daily educational activities and direct care for children ages 6 weeks through 12 years in a Montessori setting. Manage a 14-passenger school bus and provide supervision during Monday through Friday hours, closing at 6pm. Maintain a warm, kind, and dependable environment while supporting children and families during their formative years. Required Qualifications
- is able to work part time or full-time hours, Monday through Friday, in a closing role (we close at 6pm)
- is at least 25 years old
- comfortable driving a 14-passenger school bus
- warm, kind, dependable, and has a strong work ethic
- comes to us with teamwork in mind and has strong communication skills
- is well organized and strong problem-solving ability
- loves children
- All childcare candidates who receive an offer of employment will be required to undergo and pass a pre-employment drug screening test
