Requires Bachelor of Early Childhood or Masters in Early Childhood (ACECQA approved), current QLD Working with Children Check and First Aid, and eligibility for Queensland registration. Emphasis on curriculum design, child learning, family engagement, ongoing professional development, and adherence to child-safety practices.
