Job Summary
Lead the Pre-kindergarten room in a thriving 107-place centre, delivering a high-quality program alongside an experienced team. Guide children's development with purposeful, energetic teaching practices using play-based learning aligned to the EYLF and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline. Build strong relationships with families to ensure every child feels a sense of belonging while collaborating with centre leadership to develop and implement high-quality early learning programs. Mentor educational practices within the room to achieve outstanding outcomes for children in spacious indoor and outdoor environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master of Early Childhood qualification (ACECQA approved)
- Current QLD Working with Children Check
- First Aid qualification
- Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geccko platform
