Job Summary
Teach Early Childhood Special Education to meet diverse needs of young learners for the 2025–2026 school year. Deliver instruction, develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), create developmentally appropriate, engaging lessons, establish positive behavioral expectations, assess progress, maintain accurate records, collaborate with specialists and families, supervise aides/volunteers, participate in staff meetings and committees, and engage in ongoing professional development to support student success and school operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field
- Valid South Carolina teaching certification in Early Childhood Special Education
- SC SPED Teacher license
- Valid South Carolina driver’s license
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development and best practices in special education
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
