Early Childhood Program Director - PreK and 3K Program - St. Clare of Assisi - St. Francis Xavier - North Bronx

Lead the early childhood program as the instructional leader for PreK and 3K students, working closely with the principal to set high expectations for school culture, instruction, and cultural responsiveness. Act as the primary contact with the Archdiocese Office of Early Childhood and NYC Division of Early Childhood Education, ensuring full compliance with NYC PKFA/3K policies and procedures. Supervise staff through daily walk-throughs, model best practices, and lead Common Planning sessions and professional development meetings. Communicate regularly with families to schedule educational engagement opportunities and lead the development of individual student support plans. Utilize assessment data to meet differentiated student needs and coordinate alignment of early childhood initiatives with K-8 programs. Manage administrative paperwork related to PKFA/3KFA and ensure adherence to NYC Department of Health Article 43 mandates.
