Job Summary
As an Early Childhood 1:1 Aide, you will support children with developmental disabilities in achieving educational goals alongside Special Education Teachers. Responsibilities include maintaining classroom materials, implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEP), collecting student data, and supervising classroom activities. Candidates must have the ability to modify the environment for child safety, transport children as needed, and respond to emergencies. The role offers ongoing training and supports, fostering meaningful relationships with children and their families.
