Job Summary
Flexible Floater Teacher to support Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms across age groups; assist Lead Teachers with daily routines, activities, and transitions; help maintain safe, clean, and engaging environments; engage children through play-based learning, music, art, and hands-on activities; assist with meals, diapering/toileting, rest time, and classroom organization; build positive relationships with children, families, and staff; follow Massachusetts EEC health, safety, and licensing guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in a daycare, preschool, or childcare center
- High school diploma or GED
- EEC certification or Early Childhood coursework strongly preferred
- Understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
- CPR/First Aid preferred (or willingness to obtain)
