Early Childhood & Elementary Teacher

Plan and provide daily instruction based on South Carolina Department of Education standards and the district's approved curriculum, accommodating individual differences in maturity, learning styles, and developmental levels. Monitor and enhance learning through observation, questioning, informal assessment, and feedback while maintaining clear expectations for student performance and behavior. Communicate with parents regarding academic progress, establish effective routines for transitions, and maintain a safe, attractive learning environment. Maintain confidentiality of student records, participate in staff meetings and committees, and fulfill professional development requirements. This role supports student-to-student interactions and ethical character development within the Anderson School District Five for the 2026-207 school year.
