Early Childhood & Elementary Teacher

Plan and provide daily instruction based on South Carolina Department of Education standards and the district's approved curriculum, accommodating individual differences in maturity, learning styles, and developmental levels. Monitor and enhance learning through observation, questioning, informal assessment, and instructional feedback while maintaining clear expectations for student performance and behavior. Communicate with parents regarding academic progress, establish effective routines for non-instructional tasks, and manage instructional materials and technologies. Maintain a safe, attractive physical environment and ensure confidentiality of student records. Work cooperatively with the district, attend staff meetings, and participate in professional development programs. This .5 Early Childhood and .5 Elementary teaching role supports the 2026-2027 school year at Homeland Park Primary and McCants Middle School.
