Job Summary
Support and model active supervision and safe daily routines while building warm, respectful relationships with children and families. Contribute to programming, observations, reflections, and documentation, and support transitions, outdoor play, meals, rest, and personal care with dignity. Work collaboratively to uphold child-safe, professional practices and maintain clear boundaries. This role requires a Certificate III or Diploma qualification, a valid WWCC, and First Aid certification. We offer above-award pay, daily meals, up to 50% childcare discount, and funded WWCCs.
