Job Summary
Deliver preschool and school age programming across 38+ Winnipeg centres, implementing activities that meet individual children's needs while building positive relationships with families. Apply ELCC and organizational standards to ensure a safe environment for all 1,900 kids served annually. Complete written documentation and maintain an honest, respectful approach with children and their guardians. This role requires an Early Childhood Educator Level 2 or 3, or a Child Care Assistant in Training with proof of enrollment. Candidates must hold Emergency First Aid and CPR C certification, a clear police record check with vulnerable sector and child abuse registry clearance, and experience working with pre-school or school-aged children. The position involves split shifts and offers benefits including most benefit premiums, complimentary individual membership, and a 5% employer-matching pension plan.

- Able to apply ELCC and the Y's standards and requirements
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team
- Manitoba Early Childhood Educator Level 2 or 3 or Child Care Assistant in Training (provide proof of enrollment in a qualifying Early Childhood Educator program)
- Experience working with pre-school or school-aged children
