Job Summary
Early Childhood Educator - Level 2 responsible for implementing an Emergent Curriculum, maintaining documentation and reporting, supporting children’s emotional, physical, and cognitive development, maintaining health and safety checks, and collaborating with professionals. Requires ECE Level 2 or 3 certification, background checks, First Aid/CPR Level B, and ability to lift up to 45 pounds. Strong communication, teamwork, and initiative are essential; role involves interaction with children, parents, and co-workers within Kids & Company’s network of childcare centres in Canada & the USA.
Required Qualifications
- ECE certified (Level 2 or 3)
- Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check
- Standard Child Care First Aid and CPR Level B
- Ability to push, pull and lift up-to 45 pounds
