Job Summary
As a Lead Teacher, you will create fun and interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers, promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children, take lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and build sincere relationships with families. Ideal candidates are energetic and dependable individuals with experience leading a classroom. Compensation ranges from $14.30 to $14.86 per hour, and benefits include health insurance, education assistance, 401K matching, and a Monday through Friday work week.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
- The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
- The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
