Job Summary
Develop and implement a program aligned with BrightPath's curriculum to support children's development. Maintain a safe environment that protects the well-being of children while assessing their abilities, interests, and needs. Collaborate with parents, co-workers, and management to discuss progress and establish supportive relationships. Attend staff meetings and professional development opportunities as necessary. Keep classroom materials clean and organized. Work side-by-side with teachers and families to provide a home away from home for children in our care. Required Qualifications
- Early Childhood Education - Level 3 Certification OR B.Ed./Equivalent
- Must meet province requirements for childcare employment
- Current Standard First Aid and infant child CPR
- Current immunization and health assessment as per the local Minister of Health Requirements
