Job Summary
Deliver an enriching early childhood programme aligned with the EYLF, build meaningful relationships with children and families, and maintain a safe, engaging environment that supports learning and development. Work collaboratively with a team, adhere to service policies and procedures to ensure safety and wellbeing, and participate in funded professional development and learning opportunities. The role contributes to a supportive, nature-based learning community with strong emphasis on student and family engagement, orientation and ongoing professional practice.
Required Qualifications
- Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Experience delivering high-quality early education and care
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and the EYLF
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a cohesive team
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC), First Aid Certificate and CPR
